LF Connect app - Create your own workout
You can create your workouts using your favourite exercises and save them separately from the Gym and PT workouts.
There are four ways to add exercises.
First we need to Create a Workout
Type in a name for your workout and set a duration time by tapping on these fields and introducing the information. Select an image from the gallery by tapping on the image icon, select one, and then tap on Done on the top right.
Now let’s add some exercises by tapping on the Add Exercise button.
First, you can browse the exercise list manually, you can search manually by scrolling the list to find the exercise you want. Tap on it to start editing it.
Tap on Set 1 to introduce the Reps, Weight, and Resting time. In this example, the 50s resting time is the one you defined in the settings menu. Tap on each field to introduce the data and tap on Save.
You can add as many sets as you want.
The Weight Progression option allows you to increase the weight progressively according to your preferences.
Tap on the top right Save button to complete adding this exercise to the workout.
The second method to add an exercise is by searching by Muscle Group. Tap on Add Exercise, and then select the Muscle Group option. All the exercises involving a Machine are shown.
You could also combine both Muscle Group and Equipment filters to narrow your exercise search.
The last method to add exercises is by doing a keyword search.
Tap on Add Exercise, and then select the search icon on the top right. Type in the exercise you want to include.
Tap on Save to complete creating this workout.
Your new workout is now listed on the My Own menu. Tap on it to review the details. Check the Recording a Workout video series to learn how to track your results.
