Download the Life Fitness Connect App.

Once the installation is completed, open the app and the sign-up screen will appear. If you were invited to join, you will need to use the same email address that was used when you received your invitation link. Create a Password and tap on Create Account

A verification email will be sent to complete the profile. Go to your Inbox and find the welcome email. This email may take a couple of minutes. Be sure to check the Spam folder. Retrieve the email and Click Verify Email. 

Return to the LF Connect App, as you will receive the confirmation in the app. The Profile Set Up menu will appear, fill in all the required fields and check the Terms of Service and the Life Fitness Marketing emails.

Tap Let’s Get Started. 

We recommend Allowing Life Fitness to send notifications so you can be up to date and get messages from the gym and trainers.
