About the Customer Success Programme
The Customer Success Programme has been developed over the past two decades and has delivered successful outcomes utilising 6 different software and digital solutions to over 450 Operators in the UK and Europe, since 2003.
While there is no single course that you can take, to cover the combined knowledge and experience that has been drawn upon to create this programme, it has been designed to provide Health & Fitness Operators with a logical and detailed project management process. It is time efficient, simple to work through and has been proven to be effective time and time again. Supporting Operators to raise service levels, increase member engagement and create operational efficiencies.
The Customer Success Team will support you through the process, so that you will launch the Connect System with confidence, competency and consistency.
How we do it
The Customer Success programme, is tailored to your business needs. Following an initial ‘Discovery’ session with your Stakeholders, we will gather all relevant information and insights to create a project plan, that you can follow and communicate easily within your business. The Connect Success Team will work with you to ensure that all solutions are aligned to your business needs and that you have total ownership over the direction and speed of travel towards your desired goals.
Where practical the Customer Success Programme will start up to 12 weeks prior to your preferred Digital launch, with the production of a full Timeline and Action Plan that includes, Education Plan, Marketing Schedule & Communications Pathways. ( in some cases Digital launch may be before or after equipment installation, if that is appropriate for your business)
You will have full visibility of all communications with the Connect Success team and your Life Fitness Account Manager, throughout the Customer Success Programme.
